Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdt96 platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bdt96 and the user. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also form an integral part of this agreement.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use bdt96's services, you must meet the following requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age (for 21+ only).
You must open an account in your own name and for your own use.
All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
You must not operate an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
If you have a previously closed or suspended account on bdt96, you may not open a new account.

Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Such accounts will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. bdt96 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential is your sole responsibility. Sharing your login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount, bdt96 may request a copy of your national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Only one account may be opened per phone number.
To update your account details, please contact support.
bdt96 may apply the relevant inactivity policy to dormant accounts.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited at bdt96 via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 by any method.

Please use the correct account number and reference when making a deposit. bdt96 is not responsible for funds sent with incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

Withdrawal timeframe: typically 30 minutes to 3 hours. Delays may occur if identity verification is pending.

4.3 Transaction Security

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. bdt96 will never ask directly for your personal banking details. If you receive any suspicious message, report it to support immediately.

Withdrawal requests are processed faster on business days.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
Only one withdrawal request may be pending at a time.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdt96 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may be used once only.
Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
bdt96 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
If a breach of bonus terms is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended for review.
The validity period of a bonus offer will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.4 VIP Program

bdt96 has three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Tier changes are based on regular play and account activity. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback withdrawals.

Gameplay & Code of Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdt96 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes across all games. All games are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Manipulating game results or attempting to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

Results or winning amounts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error are not valid. In such cases, bdt96 reserves the right to make the applicable corrections.

6.3 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface. You are advised to read the relevant game rules thoroughly before playing.

Intentionally disconnecting during a game is not permitted.
Participating in the same game from multiple accounts is prohibited.
Rude behavior toward other players or dealers in live games is not allowed.
The use of automated betting software or bots is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt96 platform:

Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
Attempting to hack the system or breach its security.
Using automated tools or scripts to manipulate games.
Colluding with other users to gain an advantage (Collusion).
Providing false identity information or documents.
Intentionally exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Account Suspension

bdt96 may temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

Until identity verification documents are submitted.
While unusual or suspicious transactions are under review.
At the user's own request (self-exclusion or a break).

8.2 Permanent Account Closure

An account will be permanently closed if there is evidence of a serious breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct. In such cases, the balance may be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure.

Privacy & Data Protection
